Percy Farias

Mr. Farias is an experienced and successful HVAC sales and operations manager with over 20 years experience and deep knowledge of the Puerto Rico and Latin America Market. From 2000 through 2012 he worked for Johnson Controls (a key UPM Group competitor), managing sales for their HVAC division and later managing the HVAC Systems Branch in Puerto Rico. Prior to that, he worked at diverse positions at York, McQuay and Lennox in Puerto Rico and Miami. Originally from Peru, Mr. Farias holds a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.

Comptroller

Rosa Martínez

Mrs. Martínez integrated to UPM in 2014 to lead the accounting department of the company. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. With over 10 years of experience, she had worked in different industries helping companies to provide accurate and reliable financial information to partners and stockholders. Mrs. Martinez has contributed to the development of financial procedures to accomplish with federal programs and has participated in tax planning and consulting in public accounting.

Operation Manager

Héctor Muñíz

Dynamic and experienced engineer with a Master’s degree in Information Systems, with a 20+ year record of achievement and demonstrated success managing pharmaceutical multi-million-dollar contract projects. Natural ability to develop well-thought-out plans for design and construction projects.

Skilled in prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, analyzing needs, preparing proposals, making presentations, and executing follow-up. Hands-on experience in all facets of Building Automation and HVAC Controls, HVAC Systems, Utilities and Energy Management. Demonstrated ability in achieving win-win outcomes through the analysis of customer needs and identification of creative, cost-effective solutions. Recognized as a highly productive, dependable and efficient problem solver. Outstanding record of success in overseeing industrial installations and start-ups. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external business partners. Worked at Honeywell 4 years and for Siemens 15 years.
